    I have issues stretching the sides if the rods are not polished clean. The sleeves will stick on rough rods. You should be able to pull it loose from the glue and redo it. Take your time.

    Be sure to get the front off the ground before trying to crank the bars up. It’s much easier to turn the adjuster bolts and there have been instances of things breaking if the suspension isn’t first unloaded, which is not pleasant I’m sure.
