180 is great, that means it is working good going down the road. Does this mean your heads are a problem? Nope.
What type of fan do you have? How far from the radiator is it?
What is the idle speed in park? in gear?
Is this 220 idling in gear in traffic, or idling in park?
Not what you're asking but I believe the 360 with it's longer stroke works quite a bit better in a B-body from what I've witnessed. I've seen a few that truly impressed me and they were low buck builds.
I have a black one from (I believe) a 70 Charger. The covers are VERY nice. The seat frame is severed in on spot (see pictures below). If you're interested, I'll get a picture of the covered side, and confirm the "70 Charger".
