Adding some photos of the motor now. I was replacing a few bent pushrods. Installed new intake and valve cover gaskets. The motor is a 1973 318, obviously not original to the car.
I went to check my oil level because I noticed a little more oil under the car than usual. Found that the dipstick and dipstick holder (not sure what it’s cslled) are not even connected to the engine block. Just hanging there. No idea when this happened. Drove it yesterday just fine.
