A 413 and a 413 industrial are drastically different. And either one could be in an RV. But you have a regular one. The intake is less than desirable, performance wise

yeah it is too difficult to accurately measure with tape or calipers due to the pulley around it and the fan. Maybe the Harbor Freight 1 1/4" impact socket is crappy... and the bolt head is tapered and quite shallow :(
I think it's a decent option, but for a specific demographic. Obviously older, and established residents that plan to stay put for seeable future. Of course health and Healthcare needs does eventually dictate the future. If it's end of life? Then property financing is lower on priority.
72 RR 440. Brakes are fine for about the first 30 minutes. Stops well too. Drums all the way around. Then they start getting a little hard. Once I park it the brakes seem to be even harder but by the next day they are normal again. Any ideas?
