At the meeting tonight someone has a friend in Northern CO. selling two '70 Challengers, One is a convertible, both 440 4 speeds. He said the descriptive term, top drawer several times. He said $70K wouldn't buy one.
Of the 12 Apollo astronauts who walked on the Moon only four are still alive. All except Charlie Duke now in their nineties. In alphabetical order:

Scraping works find the shiny spots an do a little and fit. It's a slow process. Using an old cam with slits cut in each bearing journal at a forward angle works slick. Press and rotate. It''ll trim off high spots on any one of the five journals in one swipe.

No, not only is no one on this forum like that, I doubt hardly anyone is period. I SO tire of this anti 'Boomer" garbage; to all the punks that blame everything on this age group, they need to remember that almost ALL of the technology and convenience that they enjoy was brought forth originally...

I spent a LOT of time getting hood, trunk and door gaps to look good on my 1967 R/T. Probably better than when the car was built. For door gaps, you start at the B-pillar, and work forward, since the rear quarter panel is not adjustable. People who know what they are looking at, sometimes...
Thank you Doug. That is reassuring. I bought the ultra black. Do you put Ultra Grey on both sides of the gasket? I should mention I purchase the blue rubber/composite Felpro gasket. Felpro says to install dry with RTF dabs on the corners only....is that true?
Thanks, yeah - I've been mulling over two of them to write up - one a kind of humorous quick-hitting one, the other a "life's
crossroads" sort of more contemplative one.
Maybe now that I'm laid up, I'll get the gumption up...
Amen to that. What with this bone spur/nail removal thing being...
