Thanks guys. Yeah, the black plastic didn’t look like much. You can’t even tell what it is other than a black dot without that gold plastic over it. I think I’ll buy another one since my original just looks like crap. What do you guys think? Put the crappy one on or buy a new one?

There is a rear facing hook welded in the floor pan. You can feel it under the front edge on either side. Push the front edge of seat towards trunk until it is released from the hook. Can be very difficult if it was installed incorrectly.
Very nice, I love that ancient wheel controller behind your RC10. My first RC was The Frog, no matter how much I upgraded it, it still ran like crap. I got heavily into Kyosho Optimas after that and have resto-modded several.
