The AFB appears to be the later "big top" style. If it is a real Max Wedge, it would be a 3705, used on late 1963, and early 1964 Stage III 426 Maxie. The car itself looks to be a 1963 440 series 2-door sedan, with bright window surrounds and "B" pillar. Canada did not get this version. Pretty...
I tighten by feel and watching the gasket. Don't over tighten. A 1/4 inch ratchet will get the fasteners plenty tight. By feel I would say about 125in/lbs. Use Ultra Gray and once it's all snugged up and dry you could take the bolts out and it wouldn't leak.

Hi Guys,
I have a 64 Polara running an Indy 528 Street Legend Hemi. It is has Milodon Deep Sump 7 quart oil pan with the Milodon big block mopar dipstick with flexible tubing.
During standard oil check maintenance, the dipstick connected with something and the last 3 inches of the dipstick...
John Petrie's set up. He raced for Chrysler Canada, out of Toronto, much like Dick Landy and Sox and Martin did for Chrysler U.S.A. Neat "Swing Fender" Dodge transporter.

I live in Fargo, ND and I used to see a blue one around town. Haven't seen it for probably 20 years. Mine is the only other '70 GTX I've seen in the state.
Cassens also ran up here in Ontario. They transported the Challengers, Chrysler 300, and Chargers that were built near Toronto. Now that these have been $hit-canned, I don't know what is assembled there, or whether Cassens still operates here.
Went to both this year. Drove the Charger to both. Never been to Carlisle before, been over 30 years for the Nats.
I've read a lot of hate for the Nats. I liked them both, and was a bit disappointed in both too. I suspect that the things I liked for 30+ years ago are simply gone and not...
I am refreshing my 505 stroker right now. Had no plans to replace the cam bearings, or any of the bearings. They all were great. It went lean and detonated badly. I am putting a lower compression piston in with new rings and going through the heads.
I measured the inside of this bearing and...
