What's the scoop on that? Thought you had the car all painted already.

I finally got the right adapter in the car for it to read accurately. I am having issues where the speedometer bounces from 0-50ish mph. Is this because of the new eBay speedometer cable from Rick’s mopars or is my speedometer need to be rebuilt?

Well time for update, took the X to the shop to get vinyl top and front and rear glass installed. Also some other stuff. Probably be 4-6 weeks.

I'm wondering how it made it to a junkyard? Cleaning out someone's garage? Yard probably only payed $400 for it.

Now now! So stupid that the guy who designed the second generation Charger built his own.

Had absolutely nothing to do with whether your sender or gauge was working, it was whether you actually had oil pressure!

If it's there, a drywall screw or similar into it and pull it out.

I always thought naming cars was silly, and my Charger never had a name...until the recent bodywork and repaint got done. I decided it would need a name and it had to be something mythical, mean and beastly...and "Grendel" just popped into my mind. And, she's green, so that just fits. :) I just...

Biuying anything in pieces is a crap shoot. You have to assume that small hard to find (read expensive or non-existant) parts are not there. Ever tried to source the little rods that operate the door latches or the door locks? Little items like that tend to pile up.

The rear tires on my other car don’t rub the body anywhere. They are tucked in a bit though. I did trim the flange a little in this car. Both cars have had the outer wheel tubs modified for tire clearance. There is about an inch from the tire sidewall to the flange. Sorry for the lighting...

I second the notion, that is not as advertised. This is a front license plate bracket for a 68/9 Charger.
