Your alternator pulley looks different than the two I have.
Both of mine have a smaller two groove pulley on them.

For sale is a pair (RH & LH) of front windshield lower trim wing clips for 1968-70 B Body cars.
These are the clips that secure the lower windshield trim on both ends.
They insert into the trim on the one end and then screws into the upper door jamb area on the other end.
