Mine is a 66 Charger all Citron green . Fronts armrest 13 in. Rears 9.5in.
The only one I have find in Citron green are from ProFit interiors, but I don´t know the quality an fidelity to originals.

I want to thank everyone for the replies. Go Mopar! I think I'm down to pulling the box and sending it to Steer & Gear; expensive, but it appears they have a good reputation.

Coupler appears to be tight. As I turn the shaft, it's action is the same as the shaft coming out of the box. I did notice that the shaft coming out of the box moves in and out as I turn it.

I can recommend Opel engineering, in Streamwood Illinois, because I know some folks who were very happy with their builds. They kind of specialize in Mopar engines and believe they have been discussed on these sites before.
They did run tests on 3 440 blocks for me including sonic checks...
