I had a bad proportioning valve on my car. Disconnect the back rubber line and see if you get fluid. Are all the hoses new?

I bought this for my 70 RR. It’s the first one I’ve seen that doesn’t have the vacuum valves. It has a sticker that says made it Canada. Any insight on this.
