Electrical Gremlins: Roadrunner Dying While Driving and Idling. Help!

I had an intermittent "no spark" issue that I'm pretty sure that I fixed. Old plug: New plug... The brass terminals were stretched out and corroded on the old one. I changed this some time last year and have not had a single "No spark" issue since.

    Hmmm.... @CoronetDarter care to respond?

My brake lights aren’t bright enough

Since the wiring is 18 gauge, I suspect that adding additional load to the system may not be smart.

Firm Feel Suspension + Wilwood 6 Piston Disc Brake Project

My Tremec swap was one of the last TKO transmissions that Silver Sport had. I got the whole kit with drive shaft for under $6000. The improved TKX model was brought in to replace it. The manual transmission swap was responsible for making the car so much more fun to drive. For drag racing, the...

Firm Feel Suspension + Wilwood 6 Piston Disc Brake Project

In theory, the soft spring/big sway bar principle seems smart but..... I had stock torsion bars and leaf springs in Jigsaw.... With 1 1/4" front sway bar and a 3/4" rear bar. It corners okay but I didn't like the brake dive or the overall "floaty" feel. I put in 1.03" torsion bars I got in a...

Toe out can be beneficial for greater response during turn in. The drawback is increased tire wear!

I don't recall it taking 90 seconds between ads for me though I don't list stuff on this forum that often. I know that when I'm trying to post a series of memes, there is sometimes a delay in allowing me to proceed. I just figured it was the internet traffic being heavy or the site being a...

1972 Satellite Floor and Subframe swap into 1971 GTX

Of course it can be done and although I don't shy away from a challenge, I have to ask... Why? You'd ruin a car that is almost done. I can see the appeal of having a "GTX" but if the Satellite is so far along, why not make a GTX clone of it? My red Charger is not a genuine R/T but I don't care...

DLC Lifter break-in success. Budget 440 build.

Thanks, we know the name but this would not be the first time that a product had a great name but didn't meet the hype. I do hope that these things work out not only for the OP, but everyone else as well.

Did I find treasure in my shed?

I have some wall art in my shop out back.... This last picture .... On the wall is the original door and fender of the wife's Challenger. The fender was damaged when another driver crossed into my lane. The door was another collision where I crossed into the other lane. Ooops!

Firm Feel Suspension + Wilwood 6 Piston Disc Brake Project

Unrelated but an interesting story.... In the 90s, either Hot Rod or Car Craft magazine did a 4 way test of the 4 most popular suspension kits available for the 1970-81 Camaro and Firebird. I recall two of the manufacturers were Herb Adams and Rancho suspension. All four had different approaches...
