Our group came up with 10 cars. 2 modern Challys. B5 69 'Cuda, 66 Convertible Satty, Mango 69 RR. Turquoise 68 GTX, 68 Hemi Super Bee, 71 in violet Chally. 71 butterscotch Demon and my 72 Satty. Another friend met us there with a newly finished 67? Hemi 4sp Coronet 500.
Have you considered a 'lunch box' (posi) unit? I love the highway gears and being able to run 80 or better (yes, Texas has some highways with 80 as the limit lol). Look into them. Some don't like them because they 'click' on turns but that never bothered me. Imo, the Suregrips are better but are...
Some more, and not too much of a swap meet. If don’t know if you looked at the swap meet Joe, but there was not too much there in my opinion. I think there was probably 8 vendors there….
I'm not sure tf will sell a single bare head.
Frankly, I'd run the .125 gasket, and not worry a minute about quench. Nice to have, not essential. I'd much rather have a pump gas compatible engine, which to me is about 9.5 to 1 (without a 250° at .050 cam. 10.5 with that much cam)

I’m sorry too. I was looking forward to hopefully meeting some new folks and seeing some old ones, but it just did not work out. Oh well, hopefully next year!
On mine, I put a brass 90, a small ball valve, then a nipple.
No more leaks, and if I need to drain, it doesn't spray all over the k-frame and everything else.
Also, I can put a length of hose on it and drain it directly into anything.
It was a great day. Perfect weather, good racing and of course our awesome Mopars and Moparheads. Sorry I didn't get to meet you @66ChargerHI-PO.
Thanks for the pictures.
