Two carbs is bad enough to sort out an issue but three you really need to know your stuff.

Nice one Bob. And if the rear groove of the crank pulley matches well with the WP pulley.. then leave those alone and just adjust the alt and ps. I'd prefer to have the proper single groove alt pulley myself,, but that can be made to work.
