Well I guess I got mine at a good time. I wanted a Charger BAD but for the most part, unless I had a stroke of luck, it was gonna be just way too much for a project/toy. At least more than I would feel good about, then I discovered the Coronet and I think it scratched 99% of that itch for me.

Thank you everyone! Super helpful as usual. It ended up being that the brand new motor mount on the driver side (less than 1000 miles) had separated. The noise I was hearing was the header flange whacking the floor board. I’m going to be replacing with another mount that includes a modification...

Ding ding, we have a winner. The brand new mount separated. I’ve discovered another thread that has a modification suggestion to putting a couple nuts and bolts to help prevent separation; I’m going to try that.

I suggest that a bigass fan will move more air than an Itty bitty one at the same rpm. Is that hard to understand?

Absolutely not a Sniper 2, the "auto" tuning would be a challenge with that cam. They are best for street builds. They like target AFR. That's why I mentioned the Holley Terminator. You can auto tune, or a good tuner could create multiple tunes to store on the sd. Set up the right distributor...
