Be careful with the heat of any bulbs that aren’t stock. Some of the crap overseas ones run too hot and can discolor the lens or worse. Not really a problem if you switch to LED’s and the matching flasher.

fast 2.0 fuel inj. , 1200 cfm throttle body: my cam is a little hotter than his is , and I had to downsize the original cam to lower my map readings . Go figure ,1200 cfm , and cant run a big camshaft !!

Is it rich all the time or only after it warms up? I had a factory Holley that would go warm after 20 minutes. It was the gasket between the body and baseplate. Milling the main body at the gasket surface cured it.

Wouldn't you need 1157's if you wanted all 3 bulbs on each side to shine brighter when the brakes or signals are happening? Single filament bulbs only have one brightness.

Sounds like you should go on Craigslist and buy a taller ladder. The old tennis ball on the string is an easy way to line up. Really, once you do it a few times, it will get easier.
