My daily driver 67 Coronet wagon

So far today, having lunch right now, I have the center link in, Pittman arm on and Loctited, idler arm on. Put the strut rods in the lower control arms with the new urethane bushings up front. Greased them while loading pieces on. Put the lower control arms in place, then slid the new bars...

A833 4 speed second gear trouble

I always had good luck by putting the trans in 1st or 2nd, then go to reverse. It helps stop the gears from rotating inside momentarily.

    71 Charger Superbee Tribute/Restomod Build

Something I need to keep an eye out for when I get around to buying the Procar seats and sliders for my 65. At least for the mounting, it's full on flat. No contours to deal with.

My daily driver 67 Coronet wagon

Today I put the steering coupler in place, installed the roll pin. Column is back in place. Counted out the turns right to left, 3.75, went halfway back so I can load up the under pinnings tomorrow. Pulled the old upper arms off. Bushings were about done like I figured. FF arms are in. I made...

Need torque spec front suspension 1973 Dodge Charger

Not sure about the others but your Castle nuts go 60ish and get the slots lined up for the cotter pin. Don't back the nut off to align, tighten more.

    Progress. Updates. And questions.

My only experience is on my 65 with a bb. There are several variables in my combo due to k-frame used, mount swap, engine used etc. Therefore I ordered them uncoated so I could massage. Someone else with hands on experience with your combo should be chiming in. Maybe check the exhaust section...

    Loose Steering

The Lares box is in, but I'm still working on the car, so no driving time feedback. Like the tech gal from Lares stated, if you have headers, fitment is on you[ me]. Had to massage #3 tube some. Getting it in from the bottom was a no go, did it from the top. Had to remove the pump, bought a new...

Firm Feel Suspension + Wilwood 6 Piston Disc Brake Project

Camber, caster and toe. According to my old handling book, it said go for 1* -camber, 4+* positive caster. Toe varied depending on usage. Anywhere from 1/8" in to 3/32" out. The wagon is getting the FF arms, like yours, that I bought for my 65 plus the 1.06 bars and Bilsteins. Front sway bar...

My daily driver 67 Coronet wagon

Today's plan was to get the new steering box in. I first ran a tap through the three mount holes since I had the K powdered. Getting it in from the bottom was a no go. So I had a look at the topside and decided if I took the pump out, needed to do that anyway since I have a new one, I could get...
