yeah.. et streets are known to be bad, i have never seen this much weight on a tire.. it's like 1#... When i got the tires a friend did me a "Favor" and had a local speedshop mount them.. they put stick on weights half way around the inside of the rim... which makes no sense... and also fell...
That sounds better. Just think, 1 oz. out of balance exerts a force of 8# on the heavy side of the tire. Oftentimes, breaking it down and spinning it 180° and rebalancing can help. I used to spin just the wheels up to see how bad they were. Often times 2+ oz. out of balance all by themselves.
Got the tires balanced and my god... it's like 5" of weights on both sides of the rims in the same spot.. just insane.. shoulda took a pic... Hoping that fixes it... If not.. next will be the driveshaft.. Had the shaft made at a local place that's supposed to be really good.. for $600 i hope...
I had a 69 satellite convertible with white interior. There is a difference in the shade on the painted metal and the vinyl seat shade. I can’t remember if the plastic rear panels were the same as the painted metal but I think they were.
