Shall we make the Newsboy cap great again?

This is probably my least favorite kind of hat. If you wear one, you must be...an artiste.

Did I find treasure in my shed?

Well there’s a 3rd reason and you mentioned it without knowing , someone could have wanted to go back to factory Me? I’m pretty sure you know my car well, I’m definitely one of those people that thinks Chrysler gave us a beautiful canvas to paint on

Did I find treasure in my shed?

I'll say this - there are two possible reasons why that MSD unit is in your garage - either someone used it and it failed, or the car it was used in was sold on and the unit was kept. Hook it up and see if it goes.... it could be fun if it works. I used one for a while, and while it changed...

    New fuel sender not working

Yes ground strap is installed and tight. I even tried running a separate ground wire right to battery ground post. That made no difference either.

    New fuel sender not working

It looks like either the ground is not getting to the sender or the float is sunk as Dads Bee mentioned.

Did I find treasure in my shed?

If anyone is still intrigued by the magical MSD box in the shed, I just had a great time with a Holley rep. He had me send pictures of the box because he didn’t know what I was talking about. He then had to walk around the office and try to find someone who’s seen one. And the consensus is , wow...

For me it is a digital Satellite finder....used for aligning satellite dishes. I have another meter which is used for digital TV signal alignment also....which is a breeze to use by comparison. Eye-balling and seat-of-the-pants alignment doesn't cut the mustard in the digital signal world...

    Another Chevy engine question.....

I have a large journal crank (door stop?) for a 327 that's turned down .030 on the mains. Journals are .020 but are there bearings made for .040 under? I'm pretty sure it's going to need turning. Someone painted it thinking it was going to protect it but it didn't. Not in the Houston area at...

    New fuel sender not working

The sending unit being grounded is the important part. Not so much the tank being grounded. Is the sending unit grounded to the metal fuel line?

    New intake

Looks good. Good price. Good design. But at least you can find an M1 eventually if you want one. Unlike the 337. They were trying to find a 337 also. I felt it would get a great response since they are virtually unobtanium.
