I very carefully reinstalled the oil pan with new gaskets and started reinstalling the brand new shiny timing cover . Sure is pretty . Yeah , so much for that illusion . Seems the cast in timing marks in the replacement cover won’t let the harmonic balance be fully...
I agree - not shiny. Would not be a good idea to get sun strike from your own steering wheel.
The spokes on my GTX wheel are electroplated and then welded to the un-plated hub.
I always ask them. Where is your car? Or, what car did you bring? When they answer, I tell them to go stand by their car if they even have one there. Most of the time they don't.
Appears to be out of a 69 Charger R/T... wonder if anyone with the original car, if still in existence, would be interested ? Perhaps advertise on a Charger forum.
The New Edelbrock manifold has the off set thermostat housing for A/C .Now this depends on the age of the manifold..
Also many different ports for heater hose hook up to fit many years.Or for temp gauges.
If buying used they may be different. I also painted it with fuel resistant ceramic spray...
