    Headed to Drag Week

It's a pretty big event. I saw some cars go down 4 times maybe a few went 5 in 5 1/2 hours but this is not about beating your car. It's about making the fastest pass and leaving to go to the next track. Longevity and consistent quick passes for your class is what you want. Some ran 1 and done...

My friend bought one of those about 15 years ago. If memory is right he put it in storage. I was a really low mile example.

I don't recall it taking 90 seconds between ads for me though I don't list stuff on this forum that often. I know that when I'm trying to post a series of memes, there is sometimes a delay in allowing me to proceed. I just figured it was the internet traffic being heavy or the site being a...

    Another Chevy engine question.....

I would not bat an eye at .040 crank. Guys turn crank mains and rods to whatever it takes. For instance RB cranks in B. Offset grinding rods to 2.20. I can’t help if thats a small or large journal bearing. Look for 350 .04 under bearings should be same as LG 327. Edit: the part number you linked...

    Another Chevy engine question.....

Called my brother, Chevy guy . We don't hold it again him but he takes his meals on the porch at family get together. Anyhow, he said no to the .040 crank bearings , I asked if you could sub in a 350 crank , no again due to stroke and pin height. You could go with the 350 crank but that would...

    I Had To Get It

Funny how this is a pretty much a GNX, but even better handling and performance. BUT a GNX would be $100K+ ? in the same condition of this $40K 'Bird? Is that right?

    New intake

Wish they would have made it with a Square Bore carb flange. Shows to me they just said copy one 100% that they had on hand and wouldn't put any $$$ investment in an improvement.

Did I find treasure in my shed?

Are you sure it’s doa? Those units are very sensitive and must have a clean good ground or they will not fire. Don’t ask me how I know because I bought a new one once when it had no fire. Found the ground wire had broken inside the insulation and that was keeping it from working. Good clean...
