I had that same thing happen to my charger as you described. For me it turned out to be a rubber fuel line at the electric fuel pump by the gas tank. It kinked over time. Yes , I am the one who did the install…..DOH! Apparently I put too sharp of a bend in the hose and it later kinked...
Hey everyone,
I’m chasing down an electrical issue on my ’70 Road Runner (383, Mopar/Proform electronic ignition conversion about three years ago). Here’s what’s going on:
Car starts right up and sounds fine.
This issue started very gradually last fall but I thought it was a fuel issue from...
I hate Pennsylvania! I lived in Maryland most of my life. This was supposed to be a temporary investment but I'm still here after 15 or so years
I like Quaker Oats.
Exactly! I can't remember how many vehicles I've worked on that had used QS and they were so gunked up inside. Top...

These cars are a hard sell in my opinion. This one in my IMHO makes it even harder. Personally I hate the paint job. And what's up with the stretched wheel well? I personally hate that. Am I wrong on the wheel well opening?
Personally $25k would be my max if I liked the car.
@64fury74charger I have thought about your situation and I think if it were me, I'd buy a set of re-pop seat tracks and bolt your seats to them. I did this on my 73 Cuda resto mod, I used Neon ACR seats and adapted a set of new repop tracks to them which wasn't all that difficult.
I’ll let you know. I am wiring the money Monday. So far so good. They were asking $44,900 for the car and I told them to give me their rock bottom no haggle price and they came back with $40,000 which what was within my budget so I was happy with that. They quoted me $1500 for...
I installed a set in a 350 I built for a friend. They are paired up with a mild Summit cam, the engine is in a squarebody that he daily drives. They have about 4k miles and are still quiet. I would like to pull them and check the DLC coating this winter (I’m real curious). The springs are 110#...
I am going for originality, but may give it a break because I can not get them out without taking the manifold off. Manifold studs look like they could break off as well and I do not want that right now!
