Did anyone here buy this 1968 Coronet?

At At least that guy invested money and time for a small profit… The next time it’s seen will either be the same price minus the front end, decklid and dash or just as is for twice as much… Facebook flippers mostly have photos of the car still on the trailer and some even on the trailer at the...

Agreed, that alone would easily cost $25k these days!

DLC Lifter break-in success. Budget 440 build.

Especially on a motorcycle! Had a few really close calls with the mufflers on mine so took them off and added some extensions....the close calls stopped. Actually, the mufflers for a Honda 350SL were very expensive so that's the real reason for not adding new ones and running straights but I...

What's it Worth 65 Sport Fury 426 Max Wedge

$25k is laughable. Pretty much everything that’s decent is $35-$40k and up. Especially when you see rusty piles of crap for sale at $25k every week. That’s a really nice car, love the color scheme. Any car you buy already done will need some changes to fit your taste. Some guys would spend $25k...

Found this writeup on how to convert your Amp gauge to a Volt meter.

Wouldn't using relays or switching to LED headlights solve most of the problems in the first place? That should reduce some of the draw on the ammeter.

    Progress. Updates. And questions.

My only experience is on my 65 with a bb. There are several variables in my combo due to k-frame used, mount swap, engine used etc. Therefore I ordered them uncoated so I could massage. Someone else with hands on experience with your combo should be chiming in. Maybe check the exhaust section...
