Props to you for perseverance, it can get frustrating! Nice running combo. What does it weigh with you? Did you dyno the engine? I know Steff found some power opening up the plenum in that intake if you haven't already. And there's more in the 60ft for sure. Nice!

I did them ALL in my Valiant and used 1/8" Even thought the REAR window on my body has both concave and convex shapes, I was able to get it into a new 'factory' gasket and it's been over 160mph. I'd do all the windows expect the front IMO. I too did my vent window in lexan.

You can look at the post I did on the intake mods a while back and duplicate it with a little elbow grease. Any Q's I'll be happy to answer. I considered COOPing these mods with Indy but the returns on the investment weren't worth my time.

IMO leave the windshield factory. By the time it's reinforced and installed for a clean look, the weight reduction is not worth the effort. Lexan scratches, fogs-up and fit and finish are consuming.
