You are asking about the single piston Kelsey Hayes brake caliper from the 1970 year that was now known as the "wide mouth" caliper.
To my knowledge throughout all these years the "small" mouth caliper didn't come along till the 1971 model year.

70 B body cars already had the single piston caliper.
1966-69 B Body cars used the BENDIX 4 piston calipers.
BENDIX on the left. KELSEY HAYES on the right.
They were used from 1959-64 on the 383, 413, engines in the Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, line of cars.
Pretty common back in the day, but not any more, in this day and age.
So just take your pick, on year application.
