Incase someone is wanting some nice reproduction shock mount plates. I got these from Van's. A while back I did iso delete on my '77 and I am just now getting around to converting to early style shock mount.

set it on 10-15 and back the idle screws out a little and see if it clears up.

started out at 10 now I am at 15 degrees. It could use more but I would need to recurve in order to keep from having too much total.

no doubt. The mounting of the pump is key. I stopped trying to find quiet fuel pumps because they don't exist. You can actually make a quiet pump louder if you mount it wrong. I use Carter pumps and suspend them in different ways depending on the application. A Carter pump mounted this way...

LOL... I remember having to grind that top flange 40 years ago on my Challenger. Hooker super comps on a 400. Crazy how that is this like that !

Mine did not have an EGR. It had an still has the factory block off plate

It runs perfect. I bought all the parts from Summit racing,Jegs and amazon. Distributor kit and carb adapter plate shown here. If you need any more info let me know.

still though, this car cool ! add a roll cage and I don't guess it really matters after that.

most people love the T top cars but I will pass on a T top car every time for this very reason. Unibody cars need the roof to be intact even more so.
