Just a side note . . .
when you change to LEDbulbs, since they have a much smaller current draw, your flashers might no longer work properly ! !
By the way . . . this could also cause the turn signals to not flash too ( probably just light and stay on )
Simple solution . . .

Most people tend to cut the wires of the existing ballast for the florescent leaving it there and then install the LED driver (ballast) next to ballast.
Thanks charger, got it all apart and was no biggy.. glad i did, it all needs a good cleaning.. those plastic push buttons/stalks look fragile.. gonna order all new bulbs, trying to decide on led or normal.. i kinda like how soft the normal lights are
Here is the link for the LED Flasher.
I replaced all my lights except headlights with LED's, so I want to confirm which bulb I used for the dash lights.
There were different bulbs and bases everywhere.
I'll check it out tonight, and get that link to you tomorrow.
Happy Holidays !!
I bought them from the Superbright LED web page. The LEDs are a direct replacement for the stock bulbs. I ordered the green bulbs and left the original blue diffusers in place.
I didn’t actually cross reference them, but I found all of my bulbs at this place.

Did you have to change anything to be able to run the LEDs? Do you have the bulb numbers? I'd sure love to be able to see my '66 Coronet and Imperial dashes both at night as well as I can see my late-model drivers.
I'm going to need to see more pics of your A100 :poke:
Taking my new odometer out today to get it changed up to read correct total 'mileage' - otherwise it will show inconsistencies at the next safety checks.
I put LEDbulbs in my '62 cluster. I also replaced the bulb sockets due to the different type/style of contacts (wire vs tab). No other mods needed. I got mine from HiPo Parts Garage .

Not sure if they are better or worse. I tried red ones in the tail lights and they looked a little more orange than red, so I went back to clear.

I just did all my bulbs, swapped to LED. Unless you have child hands, you will likely not get up there to change them. The easiest way is to remove the cluster.
Octane lighting, I don’t have it on my car yet, but there’s a couple members here with them. You can get 4 housings and 4 bulbs for the price of 1 Holley retro led. Problem with Holley, they love to make everything ridiculously priced
On the tail lights I just used the bright white. What was funny I put just one LED in and if the tail lights were laid out right to left it would have looked like they were sequential.
