I've found you can have a bunch of advance during normal cruise in a b engine.
As long as your total mechanical number isn't too high I would keep the vacuum advance.

These are a conversion mount that allows you to run an HEI module in place of a factory Mopar ecu.

Taillights ground to the body with the mounting nuts. The factory nuts have barbed washers to get a good ground. Just jumper a ground to the rear sockets and see of lights get brighter.
