Mine has developed an intermittent low speed belt squeal also. I have had mine installed since 2016, so at first I figured the belt must be wearing out. Changed the belt, but still does it intermittently.
It just isn't in my nature to default to the most expensive choice....nor is it to accept the cheapest one.
The 440 Source has some quality stuff but I also see some unbelievably cheap prices on roller lifters, rocker arm sets and starters. I can't help but think they are or questionable quality...

No you don't need adj rockers arms. You can use adj push rods. Isky cams make a large range. Price difference between the prods & adj rockers might be close, but you will still need p'rods. Keep the lash to 0.006-8" hot & you will have very little noise, plus these benefits:
