Have you tried heating the center link? And hitting it with a hammer while you have pressure on the idler arm with the puller?

I agree that shipping that in a padded envelope is piss poor packaging. I would be pissed also. Sucks that they will not work with you. Maybe there is fine print for international returns, but still - how do they expect it not to get damaged with that packaging.

Some of the ones I have are stamps but some are not. I assume these are date codes so how do I decipher?
