Center link playing violin with headers

It’s going to be one of those days The drag link is off and now trying to remove the idler arm WITHOUT damaging it. So far no go. The dam pullers are all slipping. Going to get some 1/2-20 nuts so I can smack it out. Sometimes brute force is the only solution……

    Starter ID clarification what year?

Thanks RT. That makes sense because I'm thinking the starter began its life in a 1974 318 Satellite Sebring.

    Starter ID clarification what year?

It is probably a reman. It is not a 71, as they were well into the 72 model year by Nov., and a 72 model year starter would not have a 73 date code on it. If my brain is working, then the 36th week of 73 is into the 74 model year.

The mansion expansion will be 12 x 14, attached in a similar way to the front porch. The house got mostly new stuff. All my old stuff still in boxes can go in the addition, which will be not visible from the road. Can also be the guest room, winter inside stay warm work room.

    Slant six B bodies

I used to own a 64 four door sedan with a slant six. Not much power, but it was the best winter car I ever owned. Did 20 mpg on an imperial gallon. Also owned a 72 Fargo step side pickup. It was a bit better for fuel economy. But I crashed it in the snow. My one and only serious crash. No damage...
