What car is that 413 in?
Since those big c bodies performed pretty well with the stock AFB carbs (my '59 413 had a 585 cfm AFB) any Mopar will run good with a 600+ carb and a dual plane intake.
I believe the standard tire size with a 383 is F70-14, I’m not sure what the P Metric equivalent is. It would be the same as whatever tires are on the car. My GTX still had the original BF Goodrich redline spare when I got it.
That Offy intake is probably one of the worst intakes made. We swapped one for a Performer RPM on a friends 440. The car picked up .6 with no other changes.
