Can the torsion bar go in wrong?

I did have a jack under the control arm, but it really was not lifting anything. When I took that picture, I was trying to get the adjuster nut out and was trying to raise the lower control hoping it would come out.

Putting highway gears behind a high stall

3.23 and a 2800 converter - just run it the way it is. I dont think it is worth changing up for a long highway trip. If you currently had 4.10's it might be worth putting in a different gear set for a trip, but not 3.23s.

Can the torsion bar go in wrong?

How did that happen? Did it slam down on your hand while you were tightening the bolt?

    Some people's children, I swear.....

I had lakewood slappers on my 68 camaro and a couple others to stop wheelhop and they worked. Never had them or needed them on a mopar, as my 6 pack roadrunner hooked and went pretty well on the street.

Roadkill and other car related TV shows

I occasionally go full retard when working on cars...tools fly, screaming and cursing, sometimes things get smashed. Once, after removing a 340 from a 73 roadrunner project/ parts car, the cherry picker got caught on a pebble, the engine started swinging sending antifreeze flying everywhere. I...

Very nice. Do you plan to wash it or make the "barn find circuit" with all the dirt on it? 318?

Putting highway gears behind a high stall

Does it have a quiet exhaust? My cars are both very happy at 3,000 rpm. They will run for weeks on end like that. It the exhaust on my Plymouth with headers and 3" flow masters that get annoying after an hour. That may change next spring.

    Mopar M1 Magnum Intake Manifolds

IMHO, there doesn't seem to be a demand for them either. Other than a thinly veiled want ad post on another forum, I do not recall seeing a want ad for any Magnum intake in the last 3 years. Another issue is WIW, other than what someone is able to pay. A lot of the ones that pop up for sale...
