    capacitor discharge spark plugs

    I have used these on my old Rovers, up to the 90 Sterling which had modern electronic ignition, (Honda-Rover V6 2.7L). There is a noticeable increase in idle rpm and easier strarting. I looked on line and Pulstar popped up. 78 400 in my 63 Fury. Anyone with experience with these?

    Starter clicks despite 12.4v.

    i have charged it, and whacked on the starter. The flywheel may have a broken tooth, but it has only refused to start once before. New aftermarket starter. Any hints appreciatged!

    Alternator spacer placement?

    I have been advised to insert a spacer between the arms of the "pivot" holes in my new alternator, besides the spacers on the 2 other bolts. I cannot deduce what loads this spacer would carry... Unless the alternator itself deformed as I tighten the pivot bolt, the spacer would not carry any...
