ONLY Five Cars A Year, 100% Handmade

I watched that in the wee hours this morning myself and marveled at how they're managing to do all this from scratch from such meager documentation (sometimes, all they have are pictures that they scale off of!). All from scratch, all without use of the usual massive presses and such the...

    Axle & Diff Rebuild Time

After cleaning everything up, the driver's side per h is thin on the end (Western NY salt in the 70s). Has anyone replaced one? Should I replace it? This end is the worst, the other end of this perch and the other side didn't have as much rust. Appreciate any insight on needing to replace & how...

It's the prettiest time of year here in God's country. I love the combination of country roads and low population, even with the relative increase in popularity shown in the "invasion" we've seen from folks from yankee states (and surprisingly, a lot of Florida transplants too?) and the fall...

OH man, there's gotta be dozens on here already my friend. Tell ya what, here's a few another fella took of him at last Friday evening's Subway Cruise-In: He's no prettier than he ever was, but at least I haven't harmed him much in recent past. Thanks, Dave. Really appreciate the DM's...

    Help 1972 Newport

Others will know better than me, but a wire smoking is finding a short to ground. I would try disconnecting possible components one at a time and retry from there, starting with the alternator.

USPS is struggling lately it appears

They were much more dependable 20 years ago than they are now. I have zero faith in them these days except in knowing their fees will go up again soon. Just when I think I have seen it all, up comes another unbelievable scenario.

Two days after friends son has the car he calls and said it would not crank and there was smoke from under the hood. I went to look at...
