Sly, I have to wonder if the MSD box that is wired into your distributor system is working properly. That box, that is mounted by the battery, was seen in a previous photo you personally sent me. Maybe disconnecting that from the distributor system would show if the distributor would spark a...
Ok... that being said.... Looks like a car somebody got and found out the numerous issues and work required. Why waste time and $$, just unload the problem on someone else.
Grille/ Headlight wire harness

This is the grille section only that goes to both headlights and park lights with the ground wires for each side. I do not have the section that goes from the grille to the bulkhead.
It doesn’t leak. It just won’t align correctly due to needing parts and the amount of filler required is going to crack over time. I am the next guy. Not selling, want to restore it correctly and keep it. Besides I will have way more $ invested when I am finished then it will ever be worth...
Just did a master cylinder upgrade on my 65 . Went with Pirate Jack's unit. You need to learn to bend and double flare ends. It's not $$ with a cheep flare tool from Harbor freight.
Worked great for me and ordered the fittings and tube off Amazon and practice a little to get it right.

Buffing wheel and compound. If you don't feel comfortable doing it, there are still some skilled people around who refinish stainless parts and trim.... though they are getting harder an harder to find.
