    Several things. The amount of filler needed will crack over time. The panel will not level with the roof because it needs parts that are not available. The roof will not operate because it needs parts that are not available.

    Yes it’s manual crank. A 72 would be electric. I’m not sure if they are interchangeable. My panel is a big reason for contemplating closing it up. There would be more filler needed than I would be comfortable with using as it will probably crack.

    It would be a better idea to fix the vacuum leak first which only takes 25 minutes and then try and tune the engine afterwards.
