    Left hand thread lugnuts

Nope....how is this procedure done ? On my 69 Charger it was a piece of cake to remove the left-hand studs by pounding them out with a hammer and then insert the right-hand ones in the drum. Tks, Bob32268

    Left hand thread lugnuts

No, the studs are really tight, had to use a torch to heat them up and then pound out one with an air-hammer. It'll be much easier to just get the left-hand thread lug nuts. Tks, bob32268

    Left hand thread lugnuts

I bought a new set of Magnum wheels with center caps and acorn style chrome lugnuts. Only problem is the lugnuts are all right-hand thread. Where can I get these lugnuts (see attached pic) in left-hand thread? I will need 10 of them. Tks, Bob32268

Is 1968 when they started doing it or when they ceased doing it ?

    Painted drums...

Referring to the book "MOPAR B- Body Restoration 1966-1970" by Shaw & Wilkins. On pages 92 & 93 it shows how drums were painted red if you had other wheels beside the factory steel wheels. Can anyone tell me what year this started and what year Chrysler Corp. stopped this practice. Tks, Bob32268

    New (to me) B-Body Score.....

That's a nice Tempest, these 70 Pontiacs are great driving and handling cars, the GTO has front and rear sway bars and really handles well, much better than my MOPAR. Good luck with the 70 Super Bee....(any pics yet)? Tks, Bob32268

    pSpecs for 318 engine

What is the recommended spark plug for a Coronet with the 318 engine and also the oil filter. The "glovebox booklet" is not very specific on this. It recommends J14Y..or P3-6p...Is J14Y a Champion plug? Not sure of the brand for the P3-6P.... Tks, Bob32268

    Looking for matching numbers

My 69 Charger had vin numbers on the front core support area and the trunk lip area. Can't seem to find these on my 66 Coronet. Are they somewhere else or didn't they do this in 1966 ? Tks Bob32268
