What Part/s Did You Buy Today for Your Hobby or Project ???

Got some goodies for the wagon. Semi metallic shoes, wheel cylinders[ supposed to help out with the spongy pedal after DB conversion], pins and a yoke holding tool. These came from E-Booger. Also received the first of the parts ordered for the 72 Challenger I'm working on. Sway Away torsion bars...

When the car is still on the trailer taking the pictures and it has been listed for 3 weeks at $15 000 I would think there is some wiggle room on the price by now if they truly want to sell it Looks like a very solid car

Hello all, Restoring a 1964 Fury, been reading tis forum for some time now, looks to be a wealth of knowledge and a great place to gain some.

Greetings and welcome! You may be happier on the street using the 440 version of the maxy intake on regular 440 port heads. That's what I run. No issues in heavy traffic. Can cruise all day.

    Steering Box Issue

Don't be so hard on the mechanic, he's just covering his ***. The last thing he needs to do is misquote the job and have the customer hold him to it! Its not every day someone brings a '70's classic into a shop for repairs and these days there aren't many mechanics around that have ever worked...

    Lookie what $5000 buys you....

Kern you are probably already aware this, but you will have to relocate the spring perches. The Polara housing has the perches at 47.3" inches (center to center) apart. Your Charger has it's at 44.0". That being said for anyone else doing this mod, Dodge 1/2-ton pick ups of this same era use...

LED Headlight conversion what to use

As a stage and concert lighting designer...I agree. Hence my comment about good optics on the Hellas. The HID/LED sources I use are brighter, and the Hella optics make sure to put it in the right place downrange. The spread is even, it doesn't blind oncoming drivers, and the spill to the sides...

LED Headlight conversion what to use

As @dfrazz said, there are multiple threads on this topic. Do a search. I don’t recommend LED for the headlights, I recommend @Crackedback plug and play wiring harness with voltage regulators. Cheaper than LEDs, and works just as good if not better. Plus it retains all factory appearances to...

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario, Bret. Nice '62 Savoy. These '62 B-bodies, that nobody used to like are getting very popular. My first B-body was a '62 Dart 2-door sedan, purchased in 1967 for $500. I quickly swapped the tired 313 Poly, 3-speed for a 383, 4-speed. Thanks for the picture.
