I have them ... I wasn't moving anything just taking the engine off the stand and lowering it to the floor when this happened.
IMHO those flat stock gussets are just for looks... I may fab a couple out of square tube... sure would be stronger.
My old shop crane never had any gussets at all ...
Nope. The geniuses in charge took an event that was in August (I believe), and have been moving it later and later each year, "so they can extend the season for the vendors on the boardwalk".

But got a little louder this morning and just grabbed the solid fan…Clunk… Clunk. Bad bearing.
Had an OE casting rebuilt pump that came with car as spare. Right on the shelf.
Matching the paint was the hardest thing.

The hellas come with an H4 incandescent bulb. You can (and I did) change it for ANY H4 style light. I run HID in my low/hi units, and LED in my high beams.
The Holley, when it fails...you buy a complete unit. Hella? Put in a new bulb.
I've been working as a maintenance technician at the University of Oregon for a bit. Got laid off my last job. It's not to boring, doing lots of plumbing tasks at the dorms.

It was determined that a 7/16” bolt would work to retain the retractors. I wanted to reinforce the area so I used some square washers…
I cut some off the bottom to get the hole closer to the bottoms of the bracket.
MIG welder…
I added a small plate up above the bolt to reinforce...
