    Yes, someone obviously installed a wiring harness kit. Most of the wires are labeled, so I am in the process of drawing out a wiring diagram.

    Yes, I tried that already. That red tab swings out and cuts off all current to the fuse box. I pushed it back into place and tried again, but nothing.
