I've had a bit of a poke around also, and seen pretty much everything he same as your hexagon types above that won't work.
Have you considered changing the drive to Serpentine at all? Gear and idler changes ....may be able to find a belt that works, and more importantly one that stays in...

He better make sure that the wires are not hard against that hole edge.....or it might not go well.
Better idea would be to get a pair of metal (brass or steel) studs with insulators to pass through the face of that sender unit - just like the factory did it with the OE sender resistor wire...
