The Hidden Social Security Math Nobody Shows Retirees

In post #49, I cited the bailout of the Central States Pension Plan, administered by the Teamsters. As an executive, I spent a decade pitching the precarious finances of that pension as a reason not unionize, and instead invest in the company 40l(k), rather than paying union dues. I turned out...

You're doing the right thing. The car will be way more appealing if it's running and complete so a person knows everything is there. Whatever you spend getting it running you will get back in increasing the value. Good luck with it and I hope you prove us all wrong. If you're like me you'll be...

    Can someone explain this…

On my 69 Charger with efi tank (but stock dimensions) the middle of the tank is the lowest point to the ground and that's where the stock sender pulls from. Slosh isn't as much a problem for a carbureted car (to a point) but not much for a stock engine as you have to empty a fuel bowl before...

    Correct steering box

You can have Steer N Gear rebuild this box and your pitman arm at the same time. Their quality has been inconsistent lately. Money is better spent on a Borgenson upgrade. Search for the Borgenson threads. @Kern Dog is a great resource on these, also.

    Original/factory front disc brakes

My 1969 parts book for Plymouth says the same thing too but my 69 gtx has an original 2226821. I also have a replacement ready to use for it with the same casting number - 2226821 When you google the 2226821 it commonly comes up for the disc brake application for 67-70 and is commonly found...
