Something to consider if all else fails.
I had weird electrical problems. Tracked it down to internal corrosion of wires, outer coating looked OK but was corroded with brown and green inside.
Unibody cars can always benefit from stiffening the Body, frame connectors help.
Would also recommend replacing torsion bars and springs if they are old. Increase bar diameter and use HD rear springs with extra leaf on passenger side to help with increased torque.
Expect to pay for...
I had problems with bad tail light springs/sockets not making contact. After cleaning, spring was shot, bulb not making contact.
What I did was get a soldering gun and add more solder on bulb contact to make it taller. Trial fit then filed them down until they twisted in. Still need to replace...
Something to note.
Awhile ago I had a 69 Charger and was running 295/50 on 15x10 rim and I was going around a long sweeping corner fast and hit a dip. Lateral force combined with spring flex caused tire to rub fender hard enough to spin the car. After that I went 275s to prevent that happening...
I found my wires had internal corrosion, coating looked ok, internally there was discoloration and green corrosion.
Ran new wires and connectors for alternator to regulator and lights/voltage steady now.
Chris Birdsong's review of tire from Walmart. Walmart Gripmax MaxGrip Classic 275/60R15

Shop owner going to take a big hit on his insurance on the cost to replace plus hopefully pain and suffering loss of a Family heirloom.
SS396 with Factory cowl induction is a pretty penny and should not have been left outside. I'd submit Barret/Jackson selling prices to replace it with.
Also got scammed by Hornady website advertised on facebook also noticed there is a CCI ad that looks real, look for strange spelling of website name in link. Filed complaint with PP with website links and official looking receipt and was able to get my money back. They waited a few days to get...
If everything else checks out OK, here is something to consider.
Rebuilt engine ran OK at idle but when RPM was increased the temp would go up. What was eventually found was the piston to cylinder wall clearance was too tight and friction would cause it to overheat.
I addition to dynomat, this hytechsales.com/sound-absorbing-paint or a homemade paint/microsphere mixture is used to reduce vibration/sound.
Can also be used to reduce drumming of trunk lid. Take it off, tape up openings and put paint mixture inside and rotate lid around to spread paint on the...
my 72 had charging problem that turned out to be corrosion inside the wires. Outside looked ok but copper inside was discolored with flecks of green.
Bypassing ammeter gauge and using new wire also got rid of headlights and dash flickering dimming then bright.
