This 950 Dominator was a spare for DC-93, the real #88 Daytona.
I had it restored and flowed on the bench by Holley.
It's set up for a bathtub intake with the correct NOS LeMans fuel bowls.
$995. incl shipping in US from 48317.
I'll ship the original Holley box in a larger box with extra packing...
I have more respect for the guy who puts in the work. Not begrudging the guy who just writes checks, because there's a place for them in this hobby too.
Had these sleeved and restored by Ram Man and never used them.
Check out the casting numbers. These have heavy duty Nascar quality seals on the ends.
Last pic, boot off, shows a sleeve.
They were stored in an airtight container.
I got about $450 in the set!
Hopefully, somebody can use 'em...
The Donald E Stephan’s convention center in Rosemont where MCACN is held is in an entertainment district. There’s a bunch of hotels right across the street from the convention center. There’s even an enclosed overhead walkway that goes from the hotels west of the convention center across River...
I ended up ordering it from Amazon with free shipping. Also, Amazon had the lowest list price and then they included a $100 off coupon.
Northern Tool had them for a higher list price and wanted around $225++ for shipping.
Gold moroso big block valve covers. Both are in good shape, a few minor scratches, nothing major. I got them in a huge parts deal, if they were on an engine it doesn't look like they were on for long. $100 plus shipping from 40165. Thanks
I took a friends Kawasaki GPZ-1100 up to 141 mph (according to the speedo), when the thought of a front tire blowout went through my mind. Right back down to 60 mph, and never ventured past 75-80 on two wheels again. I'll be plenty happy if my coronet breaks 110-115 in the 1/4 mile.
When I first bought the Charger in 2000....
I wanted to step up the quality over what I'd done with my other cars. I wanted to stick to stock with some things and do other things a bit different.
I'd go to car shows and ask questions. How did you do this? Where did you find that?
It was...
Nice heads and a fair price, but the ports appear
way too large for NHRA Superstock and of course
definitely not legal for stock.
They are great for a clone or show Max Wedge where
they will never be torn down or inspected off the car!
