Funny you are right. I have a 67 R/T in the same color and the front fender has been repainted because of garage damage. In pictures it is pretty noticeable but in person you hardly can tell.

In 67, the same master cylinder with lines toward the fender was used on both wedge and hemi motor cars. Then in 68 they made the change.

Thanks for the positive vibes, 66. Unfortunately, both front tires were ruined and one wheel was also a casualty. Turns out locking the brakes at 120+ and holding them there until it stops isn’t good for wheels & tires…..
