3 out of 4 isn’t a flasher issue. Likely a bulb. Square or round is fine. Assume your checking the 4 ways and not turn signals. What does your turn signals do? All 4 or just same 3?

Just screws.

The ‘relay’ is the volatage limiter. The capacitor is a capacitor. Time to break out your multimeter and start figuring out what’s not working. The voltage limiter proves the power to the gauge. The rest is from sending units. Which side of the gauge doesn’t work?

Yellow wire from switch goes to starter relay on the firewall. Brown wire goes to the ballast resistor on the passenger side firewall Red is main power The violet colored wires are both on one connector that feed the water temp sender. The other wire that comes off goes to the brake warning...

Remove the globe box linner screws and remove it and you should feel the attaching screws behind that trim piece
