You definitely don't want to beat on a gear box!
You could contact borgeson and ask which pitman arm they recommend if no one else on here answers your question.
The Borgeson box needs the higher pressure. I would take the shim out, and ask where you bought it what you can do. I had some problems, and Peter Bergman helped me sort it out.
Thats the oe box. Considering your logistics and shop issues, I would shoot for the Borgeson box from BAC. Hit Peter up. Sending something that heavy across the pond more than once is not a good idea.
For my old stuff, I've been using the generic one size fits most fluid from the stores. However, when I switch to the Borgeson boxes, they require specific fluid/s.
Following up a bit on my Borgeson conversion, was able to finally find the time and available access to the alignment rack, distracted by other projects. Not sure if I mentioned previously, as well as the Borgeson box and related steering column modifications to stop the hydraulic noise coming...
Did you ever get your Borgeson box and pump sorted? I love the feel of the Borgeson box, until yesterday when it started acting up at low speeds after a 3hr drive.

Rick Ehrenberg wrote an article where he installed a Borgeson in a 62 Savoy. The Savoy had mounting bolts that were smaller than the mounting holes of the steering box case. This could have led to a fair amount of movement. He made sleeves to slip into the holes to allow the bolts to fit with...
The Borgeson is 14 to 1 with 3 1/2 turns.
A stock Mopar unit was 15.7 to 1 with almost the same amount of turns. That is strange. Add Fast Ratio arms and the ratio changes to the mid 12s with 2 3/4 turns. I find it hard to believe that any aftermarket steering box would be made with a 10 to 1...
If you go new, get the Borgeson box from Peter, here’s his website. You won’t regret it.

Thanks for the info.
Yeah, tough mentally.....but could be a project for me in the future.
Right now it sounds like a rattle snake is behind the steering wheel...
