On my 67 coronet 4dr parts car, they're mounted behind the glove box at the bottom edge of the dash frame. If you reach back there you might be able to feel them. Or they might be dangling back there if they've been changed.
AMK supplies the hardware kits, IIRC you can buy directly from them if you’re able to meet the minimum order requirements. My go-to is Mega Parts because they are so close, and seem to be genuinely good folks…
I have always saved as many fasteners as possible off of every vehicle and engines that I have parted out i have bins and bins full all sorted by size. All 1/4" bolts, nuts, washers in one, all 5/16 in another one and so on.

This is an original B-body buddy seat with floor brackets. Have had this for years for a car that has since been sold. Nice shape and frame is clean as seen in pictures. Will need to recover. Look at pictures as one side cover is off a bit but should be ok with some adjustments to the upright...
