    Minii starter disaster job.

There are conflicting reports here but either way they were originally mounted with one stud and one bolt. I like the stud on the top, bolt on the bottom. I use a couple extensions and a 3/8" ratchet and get pretty far away from the bolts probably like 15" or so then you can rotate the ratchet...

    Minii starter disaster job.

I was hoping to put in a new one with a good warranty. This came from Autozone, its new and has a lifetime warranty. These things are a pain in the *** to take out and put in, I'm hoping to do it as least as possible. I ordered a stud kit, so if I find a mini starter that works, I can easily put...

Stock 383 road runner cast intake manifold vs original Torker?

On my 70 383 I ran the original iron intake, then a DP4B on a mostly stock (headers) car and noticed much better throttle response with the Edelbrock. After that I rebuilt the motor with "3/4" Crane cam, TRW domed pistons and a B motor 6 BBL setup. Ran way better than it should, switched to an...

    1968 Dodge Charger In Progress

The intake was too much. I opted for an Edelbrock #7193 so I don't have to cut the hood!

    Yay, trunk surprise

Remove the rear seat. You can get to the lock with a long flat blade screwdriver and insert it into the lock from the backside, then twist and open. Hopefully you have long enough arms and screwdriver.

    Hood Seal

A 69 Coronet would have another small piece of trim that attaches there. That's the only thing that makes a 69 hood different than a 68.

    Minii starter disaster job.

Well, if the starter won't engage the flywheel that means you got the wrong one! I wouldn't give up just yet. get the right one, install it and Faghetabotit for twenty years! Sorry you're having fitment issues. This one should be easy.

Hi all, Doing some general under the hood cleaning and I noticed my hood (1970) has 6 small holes along the leading edge. Anyone know what is supposed to be attached with these 6 holes if anything? Thanks! Bob

There are specific years of starters. I think 93 comes to mind. I could be wrong and they are all the same. But I too had to clearance one.
